Chosen Solution I have a Blaupunkt 40/148z LED TV that was previously completely dead (no power light or signs of life). I replaced the AV board with one I bought online and, after reassembling, the TV now powers on. It starts on standby mode, then the red standby light turns blue as normal when you press the power button. The back light also comes on. However there is no picture, and the menu won’t come up....
Chosen Solution My tv screen is almost black but I hear sound and I can connect external devices and still hear everything. When on, The screen looks like if it’s sectioned into 3 parts. On the left and right I’m seeing a dark blue and in the middle its black. I’ve tried many solutions but none of them work. Chosen Solution I haven’t been able to find the Video Player that plays movies from Gallery, or EXPLORER system app, or my default apps, I have looked in all apps. I am assuming you have Android on the tablet. For playing movies, download from google Play Store a program called “VLC”. For file management, download a program called “ES File Explorer”. You can download some video viewing applications to try. If possible, download rokkr and try to see a movie application that you should try....

It doesn’t make any difference in the brightness, colour or sensitivity so it might be something like a “seam”. Chosen Solution This line goes all the way across and starts light, then dark for a while and then light. Line is present with any input source. Hoping its a driver board or something similar. peter, horizontal lines are usually an LCD error. It is entirely possible that this is caused by a tab error if you can take a few pictures of the side of the panel, we might see if the tabs run along that line....
